Anna is a new media, production technologist currently residing in Brooklyn, NY. She completed her Master’s at NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) where her thesis focused on the use of AI and deep-fakes, posing questions about its influence over human communication and online identities. She received her bachelors at The University of St. Andrews in Art History and Business.
Her interest lies in exploring how technology can unlock new forms of storytelling in media, creating new immersive experiences as well as bridging the gap between our virtual and physical worlds.
Anna has worked across media and news companies including Condé Nast, The Wall Street Journal, and in the R&D department at The New York Times. She comes from a film and video production background having worked on documentaries and feature films. Her professional projects have included working with computer vision, Unreal Engine, volumetric video and 360 video.
